Anna Hancox
Director
Anna has worked across a range of industries gaining experience in various sectors ranging from the public and private sectors, to local and state government, inside a large multi-national company and within a small business. This breadth of experience has enabled her to expand her educational qualifications in marketing, communications, events, health and science in a range of challenging situations.
Anna started “The Business Bootique” in 2010, a boutique marketing consultancy, which is now known as “X2 Marketing”.
Previous to this Anna was the Marketing Manager for The Coaching Institute where she developed the strategy for the business and managed six employees, whilst successfully growing the company with her initiatives and management of the team.
Prior to this Anna worked as the Marketing Manager for StrategyCo, a small Melbourne based marketing agency, where she managed a range of clients within the Government and Professional fields. Anna managed each clients’ marketing requirements from start to end including; marketing collateral creation, website management, event management, branding, and strategy development.
Anna has also managed the marketing strategy and development for a range of other businesses including Hewlett Packard, Entoteca Sileno Restaurant, Department of Victorian Communities and Department of Human Services.
Anna’s Core Strengths outside of marketing are:
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Success in develop relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to ‘make things happen’ and ensure that every project sees completion.
In recognition of her marketing work for small businesses, Anna was nominated for “Telstra Business Women of the Year 2013”.
Yvette Standfield
Director
Yvette has worked extensively in the Financial Services industry for more than twelve years. Her most recent role (prior to one year’s maternity leave) was as an Executive Regional Marketing and Merchandise Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Here she researched and developed a number of marketing strategies for the Bank.
Previous to this Yvette worked as a Financial Service Marketing Manager at Coles where she developed and launched Coles Car and Home Insurance. She also managed the strategic direction for the Coles Source MasterCard.
Yvette has also worked at a number of prestigious Financial Institutions including GE Money, Santander, Lloyds TSB and American Express. These roles allowed her to develop a deep understanding of financial services products and the methods required to launch new initiatives and manage existing ones.
Yvette also has consulting experience having worked for a both a small marketing agency in Melbourne and Accenture Australia. Both of these organisations gave Yvette a sound understanding of how to assist businesses and develop a strategic and mature approach to marketing.
