Objective
X2 Marketing were approached by Pacinos Italian Family Restaurant, who were keen to grow their social media following and interaction, and in addition, to attract new customers to their weekly $10 Parma nights, lunch specials and seasonally hosted events. In response to this, X2 Marketing derived a marketing strategy for 2013/2014 that involved a combination of offline and online marketing activities, which was then broken down into a weekly and monthly action plan for ongoing execution.

X2 Marketing submitted an application (via seek.com.au) for a Marketing Manager position that Foothills Conference Centre had posted. The owners of the conference centre were looking for a part time Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategy and direction for the centre for 2013 and beyond. X2 marketing were successfully in securing the position and work in an ongoing, offsite capacity to support all marketing and sales activities for the conference centre on a weekly basis.

Vicolo’s sales had fallen and Maria wanted a marketing plan developed and subsequently executed that would assist Vicolo to re generate business in a stagnating market. Working alongside the Moonee Valley Council, Maria also wanted to raise the profile of Puckle Street, Moonee Ponds and to attract past and new customers to the area.
